    George Blanda is the oldest player to throw a pass in an NFL game. He was 48 years, 95 days old when he threw three passes against the Chiefs in 1975 as quarterback for the Oakland Raiders. To break this record, Brady will have to throw a pass on November 6, 2025 or later.

    Morten Andersen's 25 seasons in the NFL is the second most in NFL history, behind only George Blanda , with 26. Andersen holds the NFL record for most games played (382) and points scored (2,544). He scored in 360 consecutive games, also an NFL record.
